These terms apply when you use smallyt.com, operated by Tomato House (토마토하우스), Seoul, Republic of Korea. By using the site you accept them.
In brief: Use the tools for your own work, respect creators’ rights, and don’t automate or overload the research features.
1. The service
In brief: smallyt offers web tools for YouTube thumbnails and channel research.
We may add, change or remove tools at any time. Some features depend on public YouTube data and may stop working if YouTube changes.
2. Acceptable use
In brief: Use smallyt as a person, not as a robot.
Do not access our API (/api/) with scripts, crawlers or other automated means, do not try to bypass request limits or the verification step, and do not use smallyt to harass anyone or to break the law.
We limit requests per network and may block traffic that looks automated or abusive.
3. Content and rights
In brief: Thumbnails belong to the creators who made them.
Thumbnails, titles and channel names shown or downloaded through smallyt belong to their owners. You are responsible for how you use them: saving for reference or research is common; reusing someone else’s thumbnail as your own or in ads requires their permission.
smallyt’s own design, code and texts belong to Tomato House. Images you open in the tools stay yours.
4. YouTube and other services
In brief: smallyt is independent of YouTube and Google.
smallyt is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by YouTube or Google. “YouTube” is a trademark of Google LLC and is used only to describe what the tools work with. Your use of YouTube remains subject to YouTube’s own terms.
5. No warranty
In brief: The tools are provided as they are.
We work to keep smallyt accurate and available but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
6. Liability
In brief: Our liability is limited.
To the extent the law allows, Tomato House is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim relating to smallyt is limited to KRW 100,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
In brief: Korean law applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
8. Changes
In brief: We may update these terms.
The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
